1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fixtur (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Fixtur Technologies, based in India. By accessing or using our website, tournament organizer dashboard, referee interface, or API services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Description of Service

Fixtur provides modern tournament management software, including automated bracket creation (Single Elimination, Double Elimination, Round Robin, Hybrid Pools, and Swiss-System), roster ingestion, and a real-time courtside referee HUD for sports such as Pickleball, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, and Esports.

3. Free Tier & Fair Usage Safeguards

We provide a robust Free Tier to support grassroots community sporting events. To prevent resource abuse and guarantee service reliability for all users, the Free Tier is subject to the following rules:

• Division Cap: Up to two (2) separate divisions or skill brackets per tournament (e.g., Men's Open Singles and Mixed Doubles).
• Roster Cap: Up to sixteen (16) registered competitors or doubles pairs per division.
• Court Concurrency: Up to two (2) simultaneous live scoring courts broadcasting real-time point feeds.
• Active Tournament Limit: One (1) active live tournament in progress per organizer account. Organizers may mark completed events as concluded to free up their active tournament slot.
• Lock-on-Score: To ensure tournament integrity and prevent roster recycling, competitors cannot be renamed or replaced once a match has recorded an official score.

4. Professional Event Pass ($14.99 USD)

Organizers requiring higher capacity may purchase a Single Event Pass for a flat one-time fee of $14.99 USD (or equivalent INR).

• Scope: The Event Pass is tied to a specific tournament and unlocks unlimited divisions, unlimited roster sizes, unlimited simultaneous live courts, printable scorecards & draw sheets, and a 14-day active scoring lifecycle.
• No Recurring Subscription: The Event Pass is a one-time charge per event; there are no hidden automatic renewals.
• Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Due to the immediate digital provisioning of tournament server resources, live scoring capacity, and cloud storage upon checkout, all Event Pass purchases are final and non-refundable.

5. Payment Processing & No-Refund Policy

Payments on Fixtur are processed securely through our authorized payment partner, Razorpay. We support major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), international cards, and Indian payment methods (UPI, Netbanking).

Fixtur does not collect or store full credit card numbers or CVV codes. All payment transactions comply with PCI-DSS standards enforced by Razorpay. All fees and charges paid for digital event passes are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances once processed.

6. Organizer Responsibilities & Conduct

As a tournament director or organizer using Fixtur, you agree:

• You possess the legal authority to organize the competition and publish participant names.
• You will not use the service for illegal betting, unsanctioned wagering, harassment, or defamatory content.
• You will not attempt to bypass software safeguards, rate limits, or payment mechanisms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fixtur Technologies and its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
